IT & IT SECURITY Meetings remains, since its creation, the most efficient exhibition for an IT Director. The rhythm and organisation of the meetings, the general logistics, and the management - this year in particular - of the constraints linked to COVID, make it possible to consolidate certain contacts, to generate new ones, to compare technically and financially various solutions for the same problem, and to exchange with our counterparts, in a pleasant setting.

I am delighted with this trade fair which is, in every way, essential to my annual agenda! Merci pour cette invitation au salon qui est l’occasion de rencontrer des sociétés diverses et offre la possibilité d’effectuer de la veille technologique. Sur le salon, j’ai trouvé qu’il y avait plus d’exposants que d’ordinaire. Le mercredi a été le jour où il y avait le plus de personnes et certainement celui qui a permis le plus de rencontre. Votre organisation est rodée et l’usage de l’application mobile est une aide précieuse.

Thank you for the invitation to the show, which is an opportunity to meet a variety of companies and offers the possibility to do some technology monitoring. At the show, I found that there were more exhibitors than usual. Wednesday was the day when there were the most people and certainly the day that allowed the most meetings. Your organization is well established and the use of the mobile application is a great help.

Le salon était très bien organisé ! Je n’ai aucun bémol à émettre, tout était parfait. J’ai pu faire des rdvs très intéressants qui vont déboucher sur des réunions dans mon entreprise. J’ai aussi pu faire de la veille technologique et voir les tendances du marché. Je reviendrai avec plaisir l’année prochaine.

The exhibition was very well organized! I have no complaints, everything was perfect. I was able to make some very interesting meetings that will lead to meetings in my company. I was also able to do some technology monitoring and see the market trends. I will be back next year with pleasure.

Appli cette année, utile et pratique, notamment les notifications pour chaque RDV . Voyage en train plus confortable que l’avion . Bon choix au niveau des hôtels : confortables et proches du lieu de l’événement . Bonne communication en amont et à chaque étape . Disparition du livret d’accueil au format papier : bonne idée économique et écologique . Agenda avec des « trous » permettant de faire des rencontres non prévues en parcourant le salon

Congratulations on the organization of this beautiful event which was a great success. Highlights: . Very many CIOs and exhibitors . Well run organization . This year's app was useful and practical, especially the notifications for each meeting . Travel by train more comfortable than by plane . Good choice of hotels: comfortable and close to the venue . Good communication upstream and at each stage . Disappearance of the paper welcome booklet: a good economic and ecological idea . Agenda with "holes" allowing you to make unplanned meetings as you go through the show.

Je participe à l'évènement IT Meetings depuis plus de 3 ans maintenant et le cru 2020 a su, avec cette crise sanitaire sans précédent, prouver son efficacité encore une fois. Des prospects au rendez-vous, une organisation minutieuse de la réservation de l'emplacement jusqu'à l'orchestration des meetings. Un grand merci à Nicolas et ses équipes. I have been taking part in IT Meetings for over 3 years now and the 2020 vintage has proved its effectiveness once again with this unprecedented health crisis. From prospects, a meticulous organisation from the reservation of the site to the orchestration of the meetings. Many thanks to Nicolas and his teams. J'ai trouvé un réel intérêt car c'est un concept très efficace ou il n'y a pas d'harcèlement par les commerciaux et qui s'est déroulé dans un environnement convivial. J'ai découvert des nouveaux produits qui répondent à mes besoins et avec qui je vais travailler très rapidement. Très bon salon et une très bonne organisation. 

I found it really interesting because it's a very effective concept where there is no harassment by salespeople and which took place in a friendly environment. I discovered new products that meet my needs and with which I will work very quickly. Very good show and very good organization.

Je n’étais pas venu depuis 2019 et je dois dire que votre événement a bien évolué Les RDV de 20 minutes sont une excellente idée et laisse le temps de déplacement d’un stand à l’autre ou de rattraper un petit retard entre deux RDV. Les hôtels sont exceptionnels et les soirées imposées parfaites. En résumé bravo à l’ensemble des équipes organisatrices et les accompagnants qui ont été irréprochables.

I haven't been here since 2019 and I must say that your event has evolved well The 20-minute meetings are a great idea and allow time to move from one stand to another or catch up on a small delay between meetings. The hotels are exceptional and the imposed evenings perfect. In short, congratulations to all the organizing teams and the accompanying persons who were irreproachable.

Merci pour cette invitation. Je suis un ancien de cet évènement. Je vois une très nette progression depuis les premières éditions, avec beaucoup plus d’exposants, et d’un niveau bien supérieur. Cette année je n’ai pas eu le temps de voir tous ceux que j’aurais aimé rencontrer. L’année prochaine, je viendrai avec mon RSSI, par contre !!

Thank you for the invitation. I am an old hand at this event. I see a very clear progression since the first editions, with many more exhibitors, and of a much higher level. This year I didn't have time to see all those I would have liked to meet. Next year, I will come with my CISO, though!

Une très belle organisation, un hébergement parfait, des gens au petit soins de partout, un super traiteur pour les repas d’affaires, de belles soirées, un panel de stand parfait pour les échanges et le business. Une très belle édition. Je n’étais pas venu l’an dernier pour cause d’agenda et j’étais un peu inquiet cette année avec le COVID, mais je dois dire que vous avez fait du super boulot et mon inquiétude s’est dissipée dès le premier quart d’heure.

A very nice organization, a perfect accommodation, a great caterer for the business meals, beautiful evenings, a panel of perfect booths for exchanges and business. A very nice edition. I didn't come last year because of my agenda and I was a bit worried this year with the COVID, but I must say that you did a great job and my worries were dispelled after the first 15 minutes.

Je tiens à vous remercier pour la qualité de l’organisation de Weyou dont vous avez été les actrices principales. Merci à vous de votre suivi et attention permanente concernant chacune de mes demandes car participant pour la 1ère fois à ce salon. Les RDV pris en amont étaient dans l’ensemble bien calibrés et adaptés. L’accueil de tous a été excellent.

Je vous confirme que, me concernant, j'ai également énormément apprécié cet évènement qui était, pour moi, le 3ème du nom (après une pause de 2 années). Le fait d'être en présentiel après une longue coupure de distanciel n'y est pas pour rien non plus. Concernant les rendez-vous, ceux-ci étaient très pertinents et intéressants.

Un grand merci à vous pour cet évènement toujours très qualitatif ! Quel plaisir de pouvoir à nouveau refaire ce type de rencontre.

Je partage la réflexion "Encore une édition réussie", merci à vous toutes ! C'est efficace pour faire le sourcing, la veille technologique et son marché. Le mode speed-dating est redoutablement efficace.
