Sur le salon, j’ai trouvé qu’il y avait plus d’exposants que d’ordinaire. Le mercredi a été le jour où il y avait le plus de personnes et certainement celui qui a permis le plus de rencontre. Votre organisation est rodée et l’usage de l’application mobile est une aide précieuse.
Thank you for the invitation to the show, which is an opportunity to meet a variety of companies and offers the possibility to do some technology monitoring. At the show, I found that there were more exhibitors than usual. Wednesday was the day when there were the most people and certainly the day that allowed the most meetings. Your organization is well established and the use of the mobile application is a great help.

I have been taking part in IT Meetings for over 3 years now and the 2020 vintage has proved its effectiveness once again with this unprecedented health crisis. J'ai trouvé un réel intérêt car c'est un concept très efficace ou il n'y a pas d'harcèlement par les commerciaux et qui s'est déroulé dans un environnement convivial. J'ai découvert des nouveaux produits qui répondent à mes besoins et avec qui je vais travailler très rapidement. Très bon salon et une très bonne organisation.

Je n’étais pas venu depuis 2019 et je dois dire que votre événement a bien évolué Les RDV de 20 minutes sont une excellente idée et laisse le temps de déplacement d’un stand à l’autre ou de rattraper un petit retard entre deux RDV. Les hôtels sont exceptionnels et les soirées imposées parfaites. En résumé bravo à l’ensemble des équipes organisatrices et les accompagnants qui ont été irréprochables.
I haven't been here since 2019 and I must say that your event has evolved well The 20-minute meetings are a great idea and allow time to move from one stand to another or catch up on a small delay between meetings. The hotels are exceptional and the imposed evenings perfect. In short, congratulations to all the organizing teams and the accompanying persons who were irreproachable.

Thank you for the invitation. I am an old hand at this event. I see a very clear progression since the first editions, with many more exhibitors, and of a much higher level. This year I didn't have time to see all those I would have liked to meet. Next year, I will come with my CISO, though!
Une très belle organisation, un hébergement parfait, des gens au petit soins de partout, un super traiteur pour les repas d’affaires, de belles soirées, un panel de stand parfait pour les échanges et le business. Une très belle édition. Je n’étais pas venu l’an dernier pour cause d’agenda et j’étais un peu inquiet cette année avec le COVID, mais je dois dire que vous avez fait du super boulot et mon inquiétude s’est dissipée dès le premier quart d’heure.
A very nice organization, a perfect accommodation, a great caterer for the business meals, beautiful evenings, a panel of perfect booths for exchanges and business. A very nice edition. I didn't come last year because of my agenda and I was a bit worried this year with the COVID, but I must say that you did a great job and my worries were dispelled after the first 15 minutes.

Merci à vous de votre suivi et attention permanente concernant chacune de mes demandes car participant pour la 1ère fois à ce salon. Les RDV pris en amont étaient dans l’ensemble bien calibrés et adaptés. L’accueil de tous a été excellent.
Je vous confirme que, me concernant, j'ai également énormément apprécié cet évènement qui était, pour moi, le 3ème du nom (après une pause de 2 années). Le fait d'être en présentiel après une longue coupure de distanciel n'y est pas pour rien non plus. Concernant les rendez-vous, ceux-ci étaient très pertinents et intéressants.

The whole organization: the platform; the organization of the transport; the accommodation near the exhibition; the receptions; the magazines available; The atmosphere of the Cannes show ("family"). The quality of the meetings: The discussion time planned with the suppliers is sufficient for me. The fact that I had half of my agenda free allowed me to get in touch with suppliers that I had targeted or others. Partnerships: I am already in contact with about 4 to 6 players for needs to be covered in the short to medium term.
First of all, thank you for the organization of this Meeting, it was a real pleasure to meet the different speakers and the conference on feedback. The locations of the speakers were very well organized and allowed us to clearly find our way around, and the fact that we could also start earlier or finish a little later allowed us to see more exhibitors than expected. The free time also allowed us to meet more people and often companies that we had not necessarily planned to see. The quality of the meetings was perfect. For the less technical meetings, we were able to present our expectations, to see with the company the possible proposals and if these could correspond, in order to fix a Visio meeting in a second time. The general impression I got was that the people present knew how to make the meeting more enjoyable, the sales people were very often accompanied by technical staff, which allowed us to go deeper into our needs and receive real advice on the direction of our projects. The fact that several companies in the same field were present made it possible to better define our needs, allowing us to adapt our discourse as the meetings progressed. The special setting of the meeting also allowed for more informal discussions during the various evenings, which also allowed us to see the companies on a more human level, which is very important for our community. Once again, I would like to thank you for the trust you have placed in us & the perfect organization we were able to enjoy. Contacts have been made and will hopefully be followed in the weeks to come by concrete results in our IT projects. Sincerely, I don't really see what needs to be improved... we can feel that you are used to it ? In short, my impression is very positive...

As I remind people internally and to my professional contacts, the events organized in Cannes by Weyou are the best of the year. It is the place to be and I mean it. The amount of programming to continue the exchange is significant. For me, a lot of opportunities to dig into, it usually takes me about 6 months to debrief the richness of the face to face. I always have a feeling of intensive work when I leave, a real success thanks to this event to make progress on the subjects of the La Poste Group even if this does not immediately translate into contracts for meetings, but it does allow us to concretize the results after 18 or 24 months. And of course, a huge thank you to the team.
I would also like to thank you for the organization of this beautiful and very qualitative event. The meetings were qualified with very involved exhibitors. The two evenings at the Majestic were appreciated by all, with a splendid setting and always interesting exchanges / meetings. In any case, an exceptional show. Je tenais à vous remercier pour l’organisation et la qualité de ce salon. Logistique impeccable pour la réservation de l’hôtel et des transports. Le site web est pratique pour la préparation des différents rendez-vous. En effet, le filtre par mot clé n’est pas assez discriminant car les mots clés sont choisis par bcp d’entreprises. Les rendez-vous sont de qualité et permettent rapidement de se présenter et de connaitre les offres de la société rencontrée. C’est une première étape utile à l’étude de faisabilité et à la préparation des projets d’investissements. De nombreux entretiens ont été organisés avec les différentes sociétés rencontrées. Des POC seront surement à prévoir pour évaluer ces solutions possibilité de partenariats à moyen / long terme. Très satisfait de la qualité des exposants et de la diversité des solutions proposées. C’était ma première participation et je pense y reparticiper pour approfondir les solutions proposées par les différents éditeurs et renforcer les liens avec ces potentiels partenaires.
C’est la première fois que je faisais ce salon, je cherche et je cherche encore ce que je pourrais trouver de négatif et bien rien et vraiment rien. Tout été parfait. C’est un 20/20 sur toute la ligne.

It was my first time at this show. I'm still looking for anything negative and well nothing and really nothing. Everything was perfect. It's a 20/20 all round.
I would like to thank you for the organization and the quality of this exhibition. Impeccable logistics for hotel and transport reservations. The website is useful for preparing the various appointments. Indeed, the filter by keyword is not discriminating enough because the keywords are chosen by many companies. The meetings are of good quality and allow you to quickly introduce yourself and find out about the offers of the company you are meeting. This is a useful first step in the feasibility study and in the preparation of investment projects Numerous interviews were organized with the different companies met. POCs will probably be planned to evaluate these solutions, with the possibility of medium/long-term partnerships. Very satisfied with the quality of the exhibitors and the diversity of the solutions proposed. It was my first participation and I think I will participate again to deepen the solutions proposed by the different editors and to reinforce the links with these potential partners.

Ma dernière participation date de 2021 et je dois vous avouer avoir vraiment apprécié celle-ci, par la richesse et la qualité des exposants et des interlocuteurs avec qui j’ai pu échanger. Le système de programmation des rdvs m’a permis d’avoir de belles surprises, et globalement j’ai pu voir les personnes avec qui j’envisage de travailler prochainement, voir leurs offres, etc… J’espère que le format sera conservé l’année prochaine et si mes projets le permettent, de pouvoir venir sur le salon.
Thank you again for the invitation to this 2023 exhibition! My last participation dates back to 2021 and I must admit that I really appreciated this one, because of the richness and quality of the exhibitors and the people I was able to talk to. The system of scheduling meetings allowed me to have some nice surprises, and overall, I was able to see the people I plan to work with in the near future, see their offers, etc. I hope that the format will be kept next year and if my projects allow it, to be able to come to the show.
Me concernant cette édition a été vraiment très riche en rencontre, échange. Je suis resté 2 jours qui ont été très denses, à tel point que je n’ai pas profité du salon VIP. J’en suis ressorti avec des découvertes de solutions innovantes et intéressantes et avec potentiellement quelques projets. L’organisation était vraiment au top, merci à vous de la qualité de ce salon professionnel.
For me, this edition was really rich in meetings and exchanges. I stayed 2 days which were very dense, so much so that I did not take advantage of the VIP lounge. I came out of it with discoveries of innovative and interesting solutions and with potentially some projects. The organization was really top notch, thanks to you for the quality of this trade show.

C'était ma seconde participation au salon. J'ai été amené à rencontrer des prestataires que je n'aurais sans doute pas visité de prime abord, voire j'ai découvert des offres qui m'étaient inconnues. Pour le reste du salon, en matière d'organisation, d'hébergement, d'animation, j'apprécie vraiment ce moment à Cannes, il est une coupure attendue dans un quotidien où il est bien difficile de sortir la tête du guidon. En quelques heures, c'est l'occasion de rencontrer en un même lieu bon nombre de prestataires, voire de partenaires, et de tisser des liens qui dépassent la simple relation commerciale. Grand merci aussi à vous, à l'équipe en charge d'organiser et d'animer l'événement, c'est un sans-faute.
This was my second participation in the fair. I was able to meet service providers that I would probably not have visited at first sight, and I even discovered offers that were unknown to me. As for the rest of the show, in terms of organization, accommodation and entertainment, I really appreciate this moment in Cannes, it is an expected break in a daily life where it is very difficult to take my head off the handlebars. In just a few hours, it is an opportunity to meet a good number of service providers, and even partners, in the same place, and to forge links that go beyond the simple commercial relationship. Many thanks also to you, to the team in charge of organizing and running the event, it's a flawless job.

Le format des rdvs one-to-one ainsi que les conférences sont également très efficaces. Nouveauté de cette année, je trouve l’application mobile super pratique pour suivre son agenda et vérifier les informations sur l'hébergement et le transport. L’équipe organisation est également très disponible et fort sympathique.

J'ai vraiment apprécié ce salon, le concept permet d’être plus facilement en relation avec les prestataires. Le nombre restreint de personnes permet d’être au plus près des prestataires sans une attente importante. L’organisation générale était très bien. Le panel de prestataire présent permet de répondre aux projets actuels.
I really appreciated this show, the concept makes it easier to be in contact with service providers. I can confirm that, for me, I also greatly appreciated this event, which was the third of its kind for me (after a two-year break). The fact that I was in person after a long break from distance learning did not help either. As for the meetings, they were very relevant and interesting.

Not much to criticize, the organization was incredible. Nothing to say, very exciting and a great way to make contacts. I have 2 projects in progress thanks to this show, which, barring major changes, will be signed before the end of 2022.
First of all I would like to express my thanks for the organisation of this event which was for me "the first" with you. I am very satisfied with this event. I was able to take advantage of the few time slots left vacant in my schedule, to make the most of them with industrialists that I absolutely wanted to meet, which led me to make 21 appointments and participate in 2 conferences. Out of these 21 meetings, they were all "quality" meetings, and I have (finally) found the partner who responds to the problems of my somewhat atypical ecosystem (National Defence environment), on a very precise theme, so we are going to continue our exchanges and see each other again very quickly. He should become a real partner for me... In addition, 8 industrialists have attracted my particular attention, and I have already planned to come back to them in the coming months depending on the progress of my various subjects. I would like to thank you once again.

Si cela semble plus long, pouvoir travailler pendant le trajet conduit en fait à gagner du temps par rapport à l’avion et le retour peut aussi être l’occasion d’échanges complémentaires sur les solutions vues pendant les deux jours. L’absence de transfert à l’arrivée et au départ est reposante. Prêt pour une 12ième édition !!
An excellent year! Quality exhibitors who correspond well to the issues and concerns of the moment. A great organization and quality networking moments both in terms of the choice of evenings and the meetings they allow! The train is a good alternative to the plane. If it seems longer, being able to work during the journey actually saves time compared to the plane and the return journey can also be an opportunity for additional exchanges on the solutions seen during the two days. The absence of transfer on arrival and departure is relaxing. Ready for a 12th edition!

L’application Weyou : Parfait L’usage de l’application smartphone facilite grandement à la bonne gestion de l’évènement du salon pour nous informer des rendez-vous, ateliers, du plan, ainsi que les informations sur l’organisation et la logistique 3. Les soirées d’ouverture et de clôture étaient très bien organisées et ont permis de poursuivre les échanges dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial avec les différents partenaires et participants au salon 4. IT Meetings c'est une équipe efficace et aux petits soins pour ses clients. L'événement de mars 2020 a été reporté à septembre 2020 pour cause de crise sanitaire, Qualys a cependant assuré 36 rendez-vous avec des clients présents et engagés. Un beau challenge relevé ! Merci !

Habitué à votre salon que j’apprécie toujours autant, voici un retour de la mouture 2022. Il n’est pas simple dans le contexte actuel d’organiser de tels événements et le faire dans un temps assez court au vu des levées des contraintes est une prouesse : donc félicitations.
Globalement je suis très satisfait de ce salon, de l’organisation, la qualité des RDV ainsi que des entreprises présentes, tout était top et je vous en remercie.
Peu à critiquer, l’organisation était incroyable. Rien à dire, très passionnant et fédérateur de contacts. J’ai 2 projets en cours grâce à ce salon, qui sauf changement majeur, seront signés avant fin 2022.
Pour ma part, le salon est une formidable opportunité de pouvoir prendre du temps pour faire de la veille, de m’acculturer sur des nouvelles solutions, de partager avec des acteurs d’autres sociétés et ou fournisseurs et in fine d’envisager de couvrir des besoins ou de faire naitre des besoins en fonction de l’éveil des solutions proposées. Globalement l’ensemble me semble pertinent dans son approche. Cette planification permettra de nous rendre compte si la solution pourrait potentiellement apporter un ROI à l’activité concernée.
Tout d’abord je souhaiterais vous exprimer mes remerciements pour l’organisation de cet évènement qui était pour moi « le premier » avec vous. Je suis très satisfait de cet évènement. J’ai su profiter des quelques plages horaires laissées vacantes dans mon planning, pour les valoriser auprès d’industriels que je voulais absolument rencontrer, ce qui m’a conduit à réaliser au final 21 rdv et participer à 2 conférences. Sur ces 21 rdv, ils étaient tous « de qualité », et j’ai d’ailleurs (enfin) trouvé le partenaire qui répond aux problématiques de mon écosystème un peu atypique (environnement de la Défense Nationale), sur une thématique très précise, aussi nous allons poursuivre nos échanges et se revoir très rapidement. Il devrait devenir pour moi un véritable partenaire … Par ailleurs, 8 industriels ont suscité un point d’attention particulier de ma part, j’ai déjà prévu de revenir vers eux dans les prochains mois en fonction de l’avancée de mes différents sujets. Je vous renouvelle mes remerciements.
Très pratique d'avoir les hôtels à 5min à pied du salon, cela facilite grandement la logistique, le format buffet / cocktail facilite les contacts en comparaison du repas servi à table comme j'ai connu en 2020. Organisation rodée, au besoin on trouve toujours quelqu'un pour avoir une réponse pour les rdvs, RAS, parfois de bonnes surprises avec des partenaires initialement non "matchés", tout le monde joue le jeu. Intéressant de pouvoir accéder aussi au salon Safety, des sujets parfois transverses, un vrai bon point. Salon bien rodé, une prestation et un environnement de haut niveau, dans tous les cas, un grand merci pour ce salon et ces moments d'échanges !
Comme je le rappelle en interne ainsi qu’à mes contacts professionnels les évènements organisés à Cannes par Weyou sont les meilleurs de l’année. C’est l’endroit où il faut être et je le pense. Le nombre de programmation pour poursuivre les échanges est important. Pour ma part, beaucoup d’opportunités à creuser, il me faut en général près de 6 mois pour débriefée la richesse des face à face. Toujours un sentiment de travail intensif en repartant donc, une réel réussite grâce à cet évènement de faire avancer les sujets du Groupe La Poste même si cela ne se traduit pas immédiatement en contrat pour les rdvs mais permets à 18 ou 24 mois de concrétiser. Et bien sûr un énorme merci à vous trois, comme d’habitude parfaites.
Je tiens à vous remercier pour l’organisation ainsi que pour la qualité de ce salon. Toute l'organisation était super : la plateforme ; l'organisation du transport, l'hébergement à proximité du salon ; les réceptions ; les magazines à disposition, l’ambiance du salon de Cannes ("familial"). La qualité des rendez-vous : le temps de discussion prévu avec les fournisseurs est pour moi suffisant. Le fait d'avoir la moitié de mon agenda libre m'a permis de rentrer en contact avec des fournisseurs que j'avais ciblé ou d'autres. Partenariats : je suis déjà en cours d'échanges avec environ 4 à 6 acteurs pour des besoins à couvrir à court / moyen terme.

La diversité des sujets abordés lors des ateliers en plénière était aussi très bien.

For me, the show is a great opportunity to take time to monitor, to learn about new solutions, to share with other companies and suppliers and ultimately to consider covering needs or creating needs depending on the solutions proposed. Overall, the approach seems relevant to me. This planning will allow us to see if the solution could potentially bring a ROI to the activity concerned.

It is very practical to have the hotels within a 5-minute walk of the show, which greatly facilitates logistics the buffet/cocktail format facilitates contacts compared to the meal served at the table as I experienced in 2020 Well-organized, if necessary we always find someone to answer our questions for the meetings, sometimes a good surprise with partners who were not initially "matched", everyone plays the game. Interesting to be able to access the Safety fair, sometimes transversal subjects, a real good point. A well-established exhibition, a high level of service and environment. In any case, a big thank you for this exhibition and these moments of exchange!
Very good organization, everything was perfect. Too many meetings on the first day for me. Possible partnership according to the needs and priorities identified. I strongly recommend these exchanges and even more so in such a context.

Tout d'abord merci pour l'organisation de ce Meeting, c'était un réel plaisir de rencontrer les différents intervenants et la conférence sur le retour d'expérience. Les emplacements des intervenants étaient d'ailleurs très bien organisés et permettaient clairement de se repérer pour faciliter la circulation, le fait que nous pouvions aussi démarrer plus tôt ou finir un peu plus tard, nous a permis de voir plus d'exposants que prévu. Les temps libres permettaient aussi d'ailleurs de rencontrer plus de personnes et souvent des entreprises que nous n'avions pas forcément prévu de voir. La qualité des rendez-vous était parfaite. Pour les rendez-vous un peu moins techniques nous avons pu effectuer une présentation des attentes, voir avec l'entreprise les propositions possibles et si ces dernières pouvaient correspondre, afin de fixer un rendez-vous Visio dans un second temps. L'impression générale qui ressort pour ma part est que les personnes présentes ont su sublimer le meeting et le rendre bien plus agréable, les commerciaux étaient très souvent accompagnés de personnels techniques permettant d'approfondir les besoins et de recevoir de vrais conseils sur l'orientation de nos projets. Le fait que plusieurs entreprises du même domaine étaient présentes a permis de mieux définir nos besoins, en permettant d'adapter notre discours au fur et à mesure des rencontres. Le cadre particulier du meeting a aussi permis de discuter de façon plus informelle au niveau des différentes soirées, ce qui a aussi permis de voir les entreprises au niveau plus humain, ce qui est très important pour notre collectivité. Encore une fois, je vous remercie de la confiance que vous nous avez accordé & l'organisation parfaite dont nous avons pu profiter. Des contacts ont ainsi été pris et seront suivis espérons dans les semaines à venir de concrétisation dans nos projets liés à l’informatique. Sincèrement je ne vois pas trop ce qu’il y a à améliorer…on sent que vous êtes rodés ? Bref, mon impression est très positive…
C’était une première pour moi et je ne peux que saluer l’organisation. Les rendez-vous en one-to-one étaient pour la plupart adaptés aux attentes de notre structure. Enfin, ce salon fût riche de rencontres, d’informations. C’est une expérience que je pourrais renouveler.
La qualité de l’accueil et l’organisation du salon ITSM sont remarquable. J’ai participé à 25 entretiens en speed dating et échangé avec quelques exposants. Je suis également entretenu avec quelques DSI au cours des déjeuners cela permet de confronter nos problématiques et la maturité des solutions envisagées. Le format est très bien et les journées sont intenses.
The quality of the welcome and the organization of the ITSM exhibition are remarkable. I took part in 25 speed dating interviews and exchanged views with a few exhibitors. I also met with some CIOs during lunches, which allows us to compare our problems and the maturity of the solutions envisaged. The format is very good and the days are intense.
Le salon IT Meetings permet une proximité rare avec les fournisseurs, partenaires et permet de faire jaillir des opportunités, qu'elles soient d'affaires, de partenariat ou autres, comme rarement un salon peut le permettre. Cela est possible grâce à la qualité de l'organisation et la taille humaine de l'évènement. C'est une réussite. Pourquoi ne suis-je pas venu plus tôt !
The IT Meeting exhibition allows a rare proximity with suppliers, partners and allows opportunities to spring up, whether business, partnership or other, as rarely an exhibition can do. This is possible thanks to the quality of the organization and the human size of the event. It is a success. Why didn't I come sooner!

Le sentiment global est très bon : salon pas trop bruyant, fluidité dans les allées, niveau des exposants excellent, proximité de l’hôtel, le cadre. Les rdvs se font dans de bonnes conditions. A refaire avec des collaborateurs. Merci pour cette organisation nickel et m’avoir permis de participer à cet évènement ; cette première participation est réussie, merci encore.
The overall feeling is very good: not too noisy, fluidity in the aisles, excellent level of exhibitors, proximity of the hotel, the setting. The meetings are done in good conditions. J’ai apprécié cet évènement et pu découvrir de nouveaux offreurs de solutions avec qui j’échange pour des offres commerciales en cours. L’évènement était une vraie réussite avec un salon au palais bien organisé, plus aéré que l’année dernière et des soirées irréprochables. Les exposants étaient variés et très pertinents, les visiteurs nombreux. Des moments de partages entre pairs et d'échanges avec les offreurs de solutions riches d'intérêts. Nous étions venus avec des idées et des projets, nous rentrons avec des solutions ! Bravo aussi pour l'organisation.
I enjoyed this event and was able to discover new solution providers with whom I exchange for ongoing commercial offers. The event was a real success with a well-organized exhibition hall, more airy than last year and impeccable evenings. The exhibitors were varied and very relevant, the visitors numerous. Moments of sharing among peers and exchanges with solution providers were rich in interest. We came with ideas and projects, and we're going home with solutions! Bravo also for the organization.
